취소 및 환불 정책

1. 체험 기간

No charge is taken during the 14-day trial. If you decide not to continue during or at the end of the trial, you remove StillPhone through the wizard; no charge is processed and no refundable amount arises.

2. 결제 처리 방식

Paid plans are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd. acting as Merchant of Record. Your invoice is issued in Paddle's name and Paddle is the primary point of contact for payments; refund requests are therefore assessed under Paddle's own buyer policies.

3. 환불 요청

If you run into a problem after buying a paid plan, first write to hello@stillphone.com — we can resolve most situations directly. If a refund is needed, we start the process through Paddle.

4. 이용 기간 및 자동 갱신

The 3-month, 6-month and 12-month plans do not renew automatically when they expire — once the term ends, it's up to you to buy StillPhone again. The 5-year plan is a one-time payment and includes no auto-renewal.

5. 조기 종료

If you want to stop StillPhone before your plan expires, you can start that yourself from the setup wizard. In that case no refund is issued for the remaining time; the plan covers the right to use that period from the moment of purchase.
