For the first 24 hours you set your list however you like, or leave without waiting — if you made the wrong choice, you fix it easily. After that it's fixed; there's no "let me just open it for today" option. If you want to stop, you start it yourself from the wizard, and after the short period you set (e.g. 1 day) the phone returns to normal — this delay makes it harder to give up on a whim. During the14-day free trial, though, you turn Detox mode on and off freely; that commitment starts only when you buy.
