Less, not none: a budget per app
Not every app has to close.
Some apps you don't want gone — you just want less of them. Give them daily time and a number of entries — and the entry count divides that time:“Instagram: 1 hour a day, 3 entries” means each entry opens a 20-minute window. Inside it you come and go freely; the timer runs while the app is open and stops when the screen goes off. When the budget is gone, the phone can't bring it back that night — it refills by itself in the morning.
