Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 September 2026

This is a translation provided for convenience. The binding version is the Turkish original.

1. Parties

These terms govern the relationship between Sefa Öztürk, a sole trader established in Türkiye ("StillPhone"), and the person who buys or tries the service (the "user"). By installing or using StillPhone, you accept these terms.

Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd (30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom) acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle's own terms of use also apply to the purchase.

2. Description of the service

StillPhone is software you install on your own Android phone, with your own consent, that restricts access to the apps you choose. Setup happens with your approval, through a wizard you run from your own computer.

3. Account and setup responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during setup. StillPhone must only be installed on a device you own or are authorized to use.

4. Trial period and pricing

No charge is taken during the 14-day trial. If you don't buy a plan at the end of the trial, StillPhone turns itself off and your phone returns to normal. Paid plans and billing are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd. acting as Merchant of Record; Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to payment conditions.

5. List-editing rules

The first 2 hours after setup are free: you can edit your list however you like, or leave with no waiting. That window exists so a wrong setup can be corrected.

After that the list works one way: closing an app happens instantly, opening one takes the wait. Messaging and video-call apps are exempt — you can always add those right away. Social media, video and game apps open once the wait you chose during setup has elapsed. This rule applies the same way on the site and inside the app.

6. Leaving the service

You can stop StillPhone at any time; you don't need anyone's permission or any correspondence with us. You start an exit request from the computer, and once the wait you chose during setup (2, 24 or 72 hours; 24 by default) has elapsed, the phone returns to normal on its own. While the wait runs you can cancel from the phone: the request is dropped and nothing changes. During the free trial there is no wait — you can leave whenever you like.

Re-running setup does not reset the wait; otherwise the wait would be a rule that cancels itself. When the wait is over, the phone asks what you want to do: extend it, lighten it, or let the detox end.

7. Unacceptable use

It is prohibited to install StillPhone on someone else's device without their consent, to use the service to bypass restrictions through reverse engineering, or to resell the service.

8. Limitation of liability

StillPhone is developed and operated with reasonable care, but is not guaranteed to run uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; for significant changes we update the "last updated" date on this page.
