1. 管理者
本ウェブサイトおよび StillPhone アプリは、トルコに拠点を置く個人事業主Sefa Öztürk が運営しています。トルコ個人情報保護法 （第6698号、「KVKK」）および EU 一般データ保護規則（「GDPR」）に基づく データ管理者は Sefa Öztürk です。データ管理者へのご連絡および法令に基づく ご請求は hello@stillphone.com までお願いします。
有料プランの販売者は StillPhone ではなく、Merchant of Record としてPaddle.com Market Ltd（30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, 英国）です。決済・請求・税務上の義務は Paddle が負い、お客様のカード情報が 当方に渡ることはありません。
2. 収集するデータ
- Contact details: the email address you provide when requesting a trial or during support correspondence.
- Payment details: payments are processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd.; your card details never reach us — they are processed and stored on Paddle's secure infrastructure.
- Device information: when set up on your phone, StillPhone knows the list of installed apps and the access list you chose, only as far as needed for it to work.
- Site usage statistics: we count, in aggregate, which pages are viewed and how often the download link is used.We use no cookies, write nothing to your browser and do not identify you across visits. These counts cannot be traced back to a person and are used only to see which explanations actually help.
3. 当社が見ないもの
StillPhone does not access or see your messages, photos, location, call history, or the content of the apps on your phone. It only knows which apps are installed and the access list you set.
4. データを収集する理由
The data we collect is used only to: run the trial/setup process, enable payment and billing, respond to support requests, and meet our legal obligations. We ask for your separate consent before sending any marketing email.
5. データの共有先
Your payment data is shared with Paddle.com Market Ltd. as the Merchant of Record running the sale. Otherwise, we do not sell your data to third parties or share it for marketing purposes.
6. お客様の権利
Under KVKK Article 11 (and, where applicable, the GDPR), you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to at home or abroad, request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect, request its erasure or destruction, and request that these actions be notified.
