1. Verantwortlicher

Diese Website und die StillPhone-App werden vonSefa Öztürk betrieben, einem in der Türkei ansässigen Einzelunternehmer. Nach dem türkischen Datenschutzgesetz Nr. 6698 ("KVKK") und der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung ("DSGVO") ist Sefa Öztürk der Verantwortliche. Du erreichst den Verantwortlichen unter hello@stillphone.com und kannst gesetzliche Anfragen an diese Adresse richten.

Kostenpflichtige Pakete werden nicht von StillPhone verkauft, sondern von Paddle.com Market Ltd (30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, Vereinigtes Königreich) als Merchant of Record. Zahlung, Rechnungsstellung und Steuerpflichten übernimmt Paddle; deine Kartendaten erreichen uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt.

2. Welche Daten wir erheben

Contact details: the email address you provide when requesting a trial or during support correspondence.
Payment details: payments are processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd.; your card details never reach us — they are processed and stored on Paddle's secure infrastructure.
Device information: when set up on your phone, StillPhone knows the list of installed apps and the access list you chose, only as far as needed for it to work.
Site usage statistics: we count, in aggregate, which pages are viewed and how often the download link is used.We use no cookies, write nothing to your browser and do not identify you across visits. These counts cannot be traced back to a person and are used only to see which explanations actually help.

3. Was wir nicht sehen

StillPhone does not access or see your messages, photos, location, call history, or the content of the apps on your phone. It only knows which apps are installed and the access list you set.

4. Warum wir Daten erheben

The data we collect is used only to: run the trial/setup process, enable payment and billing, respond to support requests, and meet our legal obligations. We ask for your separate consent before sending any marketing email.

5. Mit wem wir Daten teilen

Your payment data is shared with Paddle.com Market Ltd. as the Merchant of Record running the sale. Otherwise, we do not sell your data to third parties or share it for marketing purposes.

6. Deine Rechte

Under KVKK Article 11 (and, where applicable, the GDPR), you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to at home or abroad, request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect, request its erasure or destruction, and request that these actions be notified.
