Privacy Policy

Draft text. This page reflects StillPhone's data practices as accurately as possible, but must be reviewed by a legal advisor before launch, and the bracketed fields ([Company Name] etc.) filled in. It is written under Turkey's KVKK; for EU/UK visitors a GDPR review is also required. This is a translation for convenience — the binding version is the Turkish original.

1. Data controller

This website and the StillPhone app are operated by [Company Name] ([Tax Office] / [Tax No], [Address]). Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller is [Company Name].

2. What data we collect

Contact details: the email address you provide when requesting a trial or during support correspondence.
Payment details: payments are processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd.; your card details never reach us — they are processed and stored on Paddle's secure infrastructure.
Device information: when set up on your phone, StillPhone knows the list of installed apps and the access list you chose, only as far as needed for it to work.

3. What we don't see

StillPhone does not access or see your messages, photos, location, call history, or the content of the apps on your phone. It only knows which apps are installed and the access list you set.

4. Why we collect data

The data we collect is used only to: run the trial/setup process, enable payment and billing, respond to support requests, and meet our legal obligations. We ask for your separate consent before sending any marketing email.

5. Who we share data with

Your payment data is shared with Paddle.com Market Ltd. as the Merchant of Record running the sale. Otherwise, we do not sell your data to third parties or share it for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 (and, where applicable, the GDPR), you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to at home or abroad, request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect, request its erasure or destruction, and request that these actions be notified.
