1. Parties

Les présentes conditions régissent la relation entreSefa Öztürk, entrepreneur individuel établi en Turquie ("StillPhone"), et la personne qui achète ou essaie le service (l'"utilisateur"). En installant ou en utilisant StillPhone, vous acceptez ces conditions.

Les forfaits payants sont vendus parPaddle.com Market Ltd (30 Old Bailey, Londres EC4M 7AU, Royaume-Uni) en qualité de Merchant of Record. Les conditions d'utilisation de Paddle s'appliquent également à l'achat.

2. Description du service

StillPhone is software you install on your own Android phone, with your own consent, that restricts access to the apps you choose. Setup happens with your approval, through a wizard you run from your own computer.

3. Compte et responsabilité lors de l'installation

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during setup. StillPhone must only be installed on a device you own or are authorized to use.

4. Période d'essai et tarifs

No charge is taken during the 14-day trial. If you don't buy a plan at the end of the trial, StillPhone turns itself off and your phone returns to normal. Paid plans and billing are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd. acting as Merchant of Record; Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to payment conditions.

5. Règles de modification de la liste

For the first 24 hours after setup, you can freely edit the list of apps you close off or keep open, or leave without waiting. After that period the list is fixed; individual apps can't be toggled on and off. If you want to stop the setup, you start it from the wizard: once the waiting period you set (between 1–30 days, chosen during setup) elapses, the phone returns to normal. This rule applies the same way on the site and inside the app.

6. Quitter le service

You can stop StillPhone at any time, of your own accord, through the setup wizard. A stop request completes on its own after a short waiting period; you don't need to correspond with us for it.

7. Usage inacceptable

It is prohibited to install StillPhone on someone else's device without their consent, to use the service to bypass restrictions through reverse engineering, or to resell the service.

8. Limitation de responsabilité

StillPhone is developed and operated with reasonable care, but is not guaranteed to run uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms; for significant changes we update the "last updated" date on this page.
