1. المتحكم في البيانات

يُدار هذا الموقع وتطبيق StillPhone بواسطة Sefa Öztürk، وهو صاحب عمل فردي مقيم في تركيا. وبموجب قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية التركي رقم 6698 ("KVKK") واللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات في الاتحاد الأوروبي ("GDPR")، فإن المتحكم بالبيانات هو Sefa Öztürk. يمكنك التواصل معه عبر hello@stillphone.com وإرسال أي طلب قانوني إلى هذا العنوان.

لا تبيع StillPhone الخطط المدفوعة، بل تبيعهاPaddle.com Market Ltd (30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, المملكة المتحدة) بصفتها Merchant of Record. وتتولى Paddle الدفع والفوترة والالتزامات الضريبية، ولا تصل بيانات بطاقتك إلينا في أي مرحلة.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها

• Contact details: the email address you provide when requesting a trial or during support correspondence.
• Payment details: payments are processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd.; your card details never reach us — they are processed and stored on Paddle's secure infrastructure.
• Device information: when set up on your phone, StillPhone knows the list of installed apps and the access list you chose, only as far as needed for it to work.
• Site usage statistics: we count, in aggregate, which pages are viewed and how often the download link is used.We use no cookies, write nothing to your browser and do not identify you across visits. These counts cannot be traced back to a person and are used only to see which explanations actually help.

3. ما لا نراه

StillPhone does not access or see your messages, photos, location, call history, or the content of the apps on your phone. It only knows which apps are installed and the access list you set.

4. لماذا نجمع البيانات

The data we collect is used only to: run the trial/setup process, enable payment and billing, respond to support requests, and meet our legal obligations. We ask for your separate consent before sending any marketing email.

5. مع من نشارك البيانات

Your payment data is shared with Paddle.com Market Ltd. as the Merchant of Record running the sale. Otherwise, we do not sell your data to third parties or share it for marketing purposes.

6. حقوقك

Under KVKK Article 11 (and, where applicable, the GDPR), you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to at home or abroad, request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect, request its erasure or destruction, and request that these actions be notified.
